[Sdhci-devel] Toshiba SD TypA Controller driver in progress

I was working on this driver for a little while, however I no longer
have a laptop with this controller anymore so I can't continue.

It's not working at the moment but it is pretty near completion as far
as I remember - there are a few synchronisation bugs and there is no
SDIO support but perhaps it will be useful to someone to polish up.
