[Sdhci-devel] [PATCH] Version 0.11

This version is the first attempt at getting it into mainline. If noone 
finds any critical issues then I'll submit it in a few days.

The issues that are on my list are:

  * Vlado's oops. Haven't heard from him so this is not moving forward. 
It didn't look like it was in the driver anyway.

  * Matthew's detection problem. Until we get a proper dmesg of it I 
won't be able to guess where the problem might be.

Suspend support has been added in this version so do some tests of it.
