Since I haven't heard much from the attempts to reverse engineer this
controller and building a driver, I've decided to pick up the ball myself.

So far I've only got a driver stub that doesn't do anything but finding
the hardware. I've found a register that can turn a led on and off, but
the device I'm using doesn't have a LED so no fun there...
